At-home Projects:

This virtual program consists of a live orientation session and five self-paced modules:

  • Module 1: Biodiversity
  • Module 2: Microplastics
  • Module 3: Invasive plant species
  • Module 4: Pollinators
  • Module 5: Habitat creation

The orientation session is a one-hour mandatory session that will be offered three times during week one of the program.

The five self-paced modules all include a pre-recorded video, a knowledge testing quiz, and an action project that can be completed in your yard or local neighbourhood.

Through this three-week program, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 11 high school volunteer hours (one hour for the orientation session and two hours for each module).
