On Sunday May 1, 2016, over 700 paddlers in 350 boats paddled the Don River from E.T. Seton Park to Lake Ontario.
A sincere thank you to everyone who participated and helped to make this year’s Paddle the Don one of the best ever (even with the cold and rainy weather)! Through your efforts, we managed to raise around $100,000 that will be used to support TRCA in the ongoing effort to protect, conserve, and enhance the Don River watershed!
Developing opportunities for people to experience, engage in, and help enhance the Don River is one of the most important aspects of ensuring its sustainable protection and conservation!
