On behalf of the Members and staff of Toronto and Region Conservation, I wish to express sincere condolences to the Moeser family with the passing of our colleague Ron Moeser.
Mr. Moeser spent nine years as a Scarborough Councillor then another nine years as a Councillor for the City of Toronto. A staunch supporter of our natural world and public spaces, he served on the Authority, acting as Finance and Business Development Chair for a term. As he had done throughout his tenure in public service, Mr. Moeser dedicated the last months of his life looking out for the interests of his constituents.
Our thoughts are with the Moeser family at this difficult time.
